The European Day of Parks 2023 has special relevance, especially in Italy. In recent days, the rains and floods in Emilia Romagna have once again confirmed to us how central our relationship with nature is.

These events remind us how important it is to preserve green spaces in general. Among other things, biodiversity has just been celebrated with the World Day of 22 May.

May 24 is therefore the European Day of Parks and there are many initiatives to celebrate it. I wrote this article to explore all aspects of this anniversary.
